This putting surface is far superior to the common and traditional Bermuda grass used on most courses, lending itself to a true roll. Sixteen of the fairways are bordered by water with 37 bunkers surrounding the eighteen greens. The amenities include a pro shop, snacks, refreshments and a putting green. After a round of golf it's just a short jaunt to any of the local Gulf beaches for a sunset dinner. Utilities, cable or streaming tv and WIFI are included. NO PETS / NO SMOKING. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Additional charges will be: security deposit ($500), departure cleaning fee ($210), Booking fee ($250.00) , Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (if requested).
